The Hydrotech Travel Tech Belt Harness is primarily made for the diver to be used when travelling, without the need to empty the belt of lead shot before use. The belt is filled by either using pre-filled Net Shot pouches for block lead. The addition of braces to the Travel Belt provides improved stability and redistribution of part of the weight to the divers shoulders. These features prevent the belt from rotating or slipping from the divers waist, benefits which are much appreciated by waistless divers or those with back injuries. Separation of the belt from the braces is provided by a rapid release mechanism for emergency jettison or general weight belt removal.
